About Me
Welcome, I'm Cynthia I'm a qualified Counsellor and Psychotherapist offering both short-term and long-term therapy, Christian-based therapy and general counselling to individuals, couples, and young people. I provide counselling in person, by phone, or online via Zoom or Google Meet—whichever feels most comfortable for you. I believe that reaching out for support during difficult times is a courageous step. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, anxious, uncertain, or simply in need of a space to explore your thoughts and emotions, I’m here to help. In our work together, I offer: A safe, confidential, and non-judgmental space; Emotional support and deep empathy; Practical coping strategies and tools to manage stress, relationships, and emotional wellbeing; Guidance toward greater self-awareness, clarity, and direction; Support with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship issues, eating disorders and other mental health concerns. As an integrative therapist, I draw on a range of evidence-based approaches tailored to your unique needs and goals. I’m passionate about helping people find their voice, build resilience, experience personal growth and harmony in relationships. I hold a Masters in Integrative Counselling, a BSc in Psychology with Counselling, and a NICP certificate in Couples Therapy. I'm a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I also volunteer with SafeHaven Centre and am continuing my professional development in family therapy.
